Authenticity & Counterfeit Policy

At SoleHeaven, we guarantee that every product we sell is 100% authentic. We do not buy, sell, or promote counterfeit, replica, or “unauthorised” versions of any brand. Our reputation and your trust depend on it.

Our Commitment to Authenticity

  • All products are sourced from authorised brand partners, official distributors, or verified suppliers.
  • Every item undergoes visual inspection and verification prior to listing and before dispatch.
  • We maintain supply-chain documentation (invoices/receipts) to verify provenance.
  • We will immediately remove any listing if authenticity cannot be fully verified.

Verification Process

Before items are offered for sale or shipped, our team completes checks which may include:

  • Packaging and label verification (SKU/UPC/EAN, brand tags, box codes).
  • Materials and construction review (stitching, logos, serial placements).
  • Cross-checking against brand catalogues and supplier documentation.

Customer Protection

If you believe an item you received may not be authentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate and may request photos, order details, and (if needed) a return for inspection. If authenticity cannot be verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Report Counterfeits or Misuse of Our Brand

If you see products claiming to be sold by SoleHeaven on other websites or marketplaces that appear suspicious, please report them. We actively work with brands, platforms, and authorities to remove counterfeits.

Prohibited Activity

We do not list or allow:

  • Counterfeit or replica goods.
  • “Refurbished to new”, tampered, or altered branded products.
  • Items with removed/defaced serials or authenticity markers.

Legal Notice

Selling counterfeit goods is illegal under UK and EU law. SoleHeaven (Sam Fawcett Ltd, Company No. 15175817) reserves the right to pursue legal action against entities or individuals who infringe our trademarks or misrepresent our brand. We cooperate with rights holders and law enforcement upon request.
