Thank you for shopping with SoleHeaven. We’re committed to delivering your favourite sneakers and streetwear securely and efficiently, wherever you are. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, carriers, and estimated timelines for domestic and international deliveries.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Service. Each order is carefully packed, scanned, and fully trackable from dispatch to delivery. We may use alternative carriers for specific regions or during high-volume periods to ensure timely delivery.

We currently ship to the following regions:

- Rest of World (ROW)
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a Royal Mail tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom (UK): 2-6 business days - Free Shipping
- European Union (EU): 7-14 business days
- United States (US): 5-4 business days
- Canada (CA): 8-14 business days
- Rest of World (ROW): 3-17 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors, such as customs processing or carrier delays. For international orders, please allow up to 30–35 days in rare cases.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. SoleHeaven has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value. You will see all applicable costs before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Each order is shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent tracked service. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information first. If the issue persists, contact Royal Mail directly using your tracking number. While SoleHeaven is not liable for lost or missing packages once dispatched, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
UK Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom (UK). No minimum spend is required.
